Founded in 1978 by Arkan Jonna, we continue to be a family-owned and operated commercial real estate company located in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Specializing in mixed-use development, we own, manage, and develop our commercial properties internally. We have an expansive portfolio of high-profile retail and office tenants in premier locations along with high-end multifamily developments across Michigan. Having our own construction business, Tower Construction, allows us to turn redevelopments into reality whether the vision is ours or a client’s.
